About
I’m Sandip. I build products the whole way through.
Idea, code, deploy, SEO, security, users. The boring parts and the interesting parts — same engineer.
I go deep — IoT, backend, DevOps, AI. So when a problem lands, I’ve seen its shape before.
Most stop at “it runs in production.” I keep going — SEO, security, ethics, the first hundred users.
Not great at pitch decks. Good at the quiet work that decides whether a product gets used.
I learn by doing, not by saying. High-school e-commerce → four years Rails → AI platforms by day, hardware by night.
The threads I pull on
The dots connect because I went looking for them.
Four domains I’ve gone deep enough on to use them in combination.
Backend systems
Rails, Python, Postgres, scalable architecture.
AI agents + MCP
Typed tool surfaces, prompt caching, multi-LLM routing.
DevOps + delivery
AWS, Docker, CI/CD, environments, observability.
IoT + embedded
ESP32, BLE, OLED, sensors. Prototypes that work.
What I won’t build
Honest declines.
Three categories I turn down so we don’t waste each other’s time.
Scams or shady billing.
Anything where the business model needs users to misunderstand what they signed up for.
Dark-pattern growth hacks.
Forced sign-up flows, fake scarcity, retention tricks that punish people for leaving. Not interested.
Anything I can’t be proud of.
If I wouldn’t put it on this site, I won’t put it in your repo.
Want me on it?
The fastest way in is a paragraph about what you’re building.
